To help you plan your layover or overnight sleepover, we are here to give you the low-down on what travellers have reported back to us during their time at Port Bouet Félix-Houphouët-Boigny International Airport.
What to Expect
- A modern international airport with clean facilities and pleasant staff. There is a nice array of restaurants, shops and airport amenities.
- WiFi is available. See WiFi information in the airport guide below.
Where to Sleep
- The only two benches in the airport can be found near the baggage wrapping machine.
- In addition to the lack of comfortable benches to sleep on, overnight stays are strongly discouraged. Expect to be asked by airport security to leave the premises at night. For uninterrupted sleep, there are hotels near the airport. See Airport Hotels in the airport guide below.
In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.
- VIP Lounge – Location: Airside. Hours: open 24 hours. Lounge Access: Pay at Door Rate (30,000CFA/approx 53 USD).
