Where to Sleep
- The terminal is small and the seating has armrests. If you must sleep in the airport, the first floor is carpeted.
- A reviewer reported that airport security will wake you up repeatedly to check on you, so you may want to let airport security know of your intentions to sleep overnight before doing so.

Good to Know
- Located across the street from the airport, Antigua Athletic Club, which offers a full gym, swimming pool, lockers, showers and a restaurant.
In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.
Pay-per-use, Single Visit Passes & Lounge Memberships
Regardless of what class of service you are flying, there is a lounge that you can enter by paying at the door, purchasing a lounge pass or through a lounge membership program (ie. Priority Pass). ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Machines are operated by ACB Bank. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Currency Exchange – ACB Bank offers full-service banking and currency exchange. Hours: 12:00PM – 5:00PM (Mon-Fri), 12:00PM – 7:00PM (Sat), 12:00PM – 5:00PM (Sun) • Bureau de Change offers currency exchange and exchange of traveler’s’ checks. Hours: 3:00PM – 7:00PM (Mon-Fri), 12:00PM – 7:00PM (Sat-Sun).
Duty Free & Shopping – Duty Free is available as well as approximately 20 other shops to pass the time. Hours: unknown.

The airport is open 24 hours. Airside remains open according to flight schedule.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
The following car rental agencies are available onsite: Alamo, Avis, Capital, Carter’s, Dollar, Hertz, Naj, Oakland, St. Johns and Thrifty. Location: Main terminal, under the canopy across from the check-in counters.
Head to the Taxi Dispatch under the Canopy just outside of the Arrivals area. Rates vary by destination, the dispatchers will provide rate information to you.
