To help you plan your layover or overnight sleepover, here is a quick run-down about what to expect during your time at Oranjestad Reina Beatrix Airport or simply Aruba Airport (code: AUA).
What to Expect
Aruba Airport consists of a small two-level terminal building with eight gates and almost two dozen eateries and shops on both the air and land sides. WiFi is available to help pass the time. Sleeping in Aruba Airport

In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs, operated by CMB and RBC Royal Bank, are available. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Locations: Main Concession Area • Meeter Greeter Area.
Currency Exchange – CMB Bank – Location: Landside, Ground Floor. Hours: 8:00AM – 4:00PM (Monday – Friday) • Closed (Saturday – Sunday).
Disabled Services – Accessibility toilets and ramps/elevators are located throughout the airport.
Duty Free & Shopping – Shopping is limited to 3 Dufry Duty Free shops, Aruba Aloe, Colombian Emeralds, and Island Breeze.
Family Services – If you are travelling with an infant, there are family restrooms with diaper-changing facilities.
Food & Drink – At the time of writing, no 24-hour options are available. The majority of food and beverage options are located airside, but there are about 4 landside options. Airside restaurants and cafes are spread out over the ground floor and the first floor. There are also a number of vending machines.
Information desk – If you have any questions, visit the airport information desk for assistance. Located on the ground floor, near the bank and ATM.
Luggage Storage & Lockers – Not available.
Luggage Wrapping – Protect your bags from theft and damage by having your bags wrapped in plastic. Quick Wrap provides services in the check-in area. Rates: Unknown.

Prayer Rooms – A meditation room is located on the first floor near Gate 2. A separate Catholic prayer room is also available near Gate 2.
Rest Zones – There are no dedicated sleeping areas, quiet areas or rest zones. If this information has changed, click here to update this guide.
Sculpture Garden – Located landside in the US Plaza (after US check-in, but before security). There are 7 sculptures currently on display.
Showers – Not available.

Slot Machine – Slots Factory operates three slot machines, all of which are located airside. Two are found on the first floor and one on the ground floor.
