What to Expect
Cebu Airport has two terminals: Terminal 1 serves domestic destinations and the brand new Terminal 2 serves international flights. Security queues can get long, so arrive early for peace of mind. You’ll find a solid selection of eateries and shops, though none are open 24 hours. Free WiFi helps pass the time. For added comfort, economy class passengers can pay to enter an airport lounge. In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.
Pay-per-use, Single Visit Passes & Lounge Memberships
Regardless of what class of service you are flying, there is a lounge that you can enter by paying at the door, purchasing a lounge pass or through a lounge membership program (ie. Priority Pass). ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Machines are operated by at least 11 banks/service providers. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Family Services – Mothers can breastfeed in privacy at the airport’s dedicated breastfeeding area. Amenities include comfortable chairs with privacy curtains, a microwave, a sink, changing stations, and more. Location: Airside, Central Spine Departure Area. Hours: 24 hours.

If you have time to spare, head over to the Waterfront Hotel (across the street from the airport) where you can try your lucky at the casino or have a dip in the hotel pool followed by drinks on the veranda.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
MyBus provides connections to the city and vice-versa with a few stops along the way. Buses to the airport run between 6:00AM and 11:00PM at 20 minute intervals and from the airport between 7:00AM – 12:00AM also at 20 minute intervals. Fare is P50 as per August 2019 fare adjustment.
Inter-Terminal Transfer – Obtaining a transfer pass is encouraged but not strictly observed. On non-peak times anyone can take the transfer bus with or without a transfer pass. Pick-up point at Terminal 1 is at the transport centre, right side of Arrivals exit, beside stop for MyBus city bus.

The airport offers a free shuttle between both terminals. You need to obtain a coupon from the arrival transfer desk / information counter and present it to the driver. Buses run every 15 minutes and operate 24 hours a day.

Official airport taxis (yellow) and ordinary (white) taxis are readily available for hire in the Arrivals area, at taxi stands located just 30m to the right of the terminal exit.
