What to Expect
Daytona Beach Airport (code: DAB) consists of a small, two-level, single-concourse terminal. There are several eateries located on both sides of security, as well as an airside newsstand/gift shop. WiFi is available to help pass the time. There are no private lounges at this airport.
Sleeping in Daytona Beach Airport

In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Locations: Main Terminal, Landside, 1st level • Airside, 2nd Level, Gate 4.
Baby Care Facilities – Baby Change Facilities are available in most restrooms.
Business Center – A Business Centre is located on the 2nd level. Business travelers can catch up on e-mail, make copies, recharge their batteries and make phone calls. Hours: open when the concourse is active. Rates: free to all passengers.
Currency Exchange – Not available.
Duty Free & Shopping – There is one newsstand/gift shop, located airside on the 2nd level concourse between Gates 2 & 4. Hours: 1.5 hours prior to first flight until 6:00PM.
Food & Drinks – At the time of this update there were no 24-hour food options.

Information Desk – Location: Main Entrance. Also look for the airport ambassadors wearing blue vests.
Luggage Storage & Lockers – Not available.
Mobile Charging – Mobile Charging stations can be found adjacent to the snack bar in the airport’s concourse, in the Business Center (near Gate 6) and outside Java Moon (2nd level).
Pet Relief Area – Outside of baggage claim on the east side of the terminal, you will find a fenced-in yard with waste disposal bags available for your use, free of charge.
Post Office – A post box can be found outside the terminal, near the taxi stand at the east end of the building.

The airport is open 3:30AM – after the last flight arrives.
Keep in mind that TSA, airline check-in and baggage drop hours vary according to the flight schedule. Check these hours with your airline. If you are in the public area of the terminal (landside) you will not be able to get through to the secure area of the terminal (airside) until the morning.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
Votran is the Volusia Transit System, which offers transportation throughout Volusia County. Votran picks up at the Daytona Beach Airport on the hour and the half-hour. For fares, routes and schedule information, visit the Votran website.
