What to Expect
Debrecen Airport (code: DEB) has a small terminal that primarily serves low-cost carriers as well as a few seasonal charter flights. Facilities are very basic, including a small gift shop. Plan ahead for drinks and snacks.

Seems there is no longer a lounger that travellers can pay to use. We received a message from an airport employee who advised there was no lounge. (March 2020)

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
Airport bus line 1 and 2 provide service to the airport. Timetables are available on the Debrecen Airport website.

Taxis are available just outside the terminal. Taxis are licensed and work on fixed rates. Prices and maps are available at the taxi companies’ information desks.
There is a train station approximately 5 minutes away from the airport that you could reach via bus or taxi.
