What to Expect

The new Islamabad airport, which opened in 2018, offers amenities such as an Airside Mall, banks, a business centre, and more. Both international and domestic flights are served here, and 25 gates are available. WiFi is available throughout the airport. Comfort may be found through fee-based access to one of the airport’s first-class lounges. See Airport Lounges in the guide below for locations and rates.

Pay-per-use, Single Visit Passes & Lounge Memberships

Regardless of what class of service you are flying, there are lounges that you can enter by paying at the door, purchasing a lounge pass or through a lounge membership program. ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available from three banks. Fees may apply, so check your bank’s fee schedule and daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. Locations: unknown.

Banks -There are six banks available at the airport. Head to the Banking Square if you require their services.

Currency Exchange – Royal Currency Exchange, National Bank of Pakistan and State Bank of Pakistan offer services.
