Airport Overview

To help you plan your layover or overnight sleepover, we are here to give you the low-down on what travellers have reported back to us about their time at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport.

What to expect

Manchester-Boston Regional Airport consist of a small, modern L-shaped terminal with several eateries and shops, located primarily on the airside. Vending machines are available landside and airside.  The airport is known for being an easy alternative to the frenzy often found at Boston Logan Airport. The airport has a reputation for being clean and efficient, with friendly, helpful staff. WiFi is available to help pass the time.

Where to Sleep

According to reviewers, there are plenty of long, cushioned benches in the baggage claim, as well as couches and other armrest-free benches in other areas. For a quiet hide-away area, check out the third-floor “observatory.” For a more comfortable and uninterrupted sleep, there are hotels near the airport. See Airport Hotels in the airport guide below.

In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.
