In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.

  • Japan Airlines Sakura Lounge 1 – Location: Airside, 2nd Floor, near Gate A.
  • ANA Lounge – Location: Airside, 2nd Floor, near Gate 5.

More Services, Facilities & Things To Do On A Layover At The Airport

ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? An ATM is available. Yen, US dollars and Euros are dispensed. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Location: on the 1st Floor, to the right of the security checkpoint.

Baby Care Facilities – Nursing rooms available. Rooms come equipped with a hot water supply, baby beds and nursing booths. Location: 1st and 2nd Floors.

Changing Rooms – Men’s and Women’s changing rooms are available. Location: 1st Floor, across from JAL.

Currency Exchange – 1st Floor near the Internet Area.

Duty Free & Shopping – Duty Free is available along with numerous other shops including convenience type stores. The Circle K is a good place to grab any last minute items.

Food & Drinks – There are no 24 hour food option at the airport. The airport offers 6 restaurants including a coffee shop.

Information Desk – Available on the 1st Floor.

Luggage Storage & Lockers – Coin lockers are available in the baggage claim areas of both the Domestic and International Arrivals areas. Rates: unknown.

Massages – Located airside at 1F (next to JAL counter). Hours: 10:00AM – 7:00PM.

Observation Deck – Relax and watch planes taking off and landing from the vantage point of the airport’s observation deck.Location: 3rd Floor. Hours: 6:00AM – last flight.
