Northwest Arkansas Airport (code: XNA) has one terminal divided into two concourses. Travellers can pass the time at a few eateries and shops, though none are open 24 hours. WiFi is free and unlimited. No pay-to-use airport lounges are available.

The airside area is closed at night, so you will need to sleep in the terminal’s public area. A reader tells us there are benches, cushioned seating and rocking chairs. Family Services – Travelling with children? These services are available to help you get through the airport easier:
- Mother’s Room – If you are travelling with an infant, there are baby care rooms for breastfeeding and diaper changing. Location: Upper Level.
- Play Area – Fun for all ages. The airport has an area for chess, checkers, a poker/cards table, and an arcade. Do you want to rest while your family has fun? There are massage chairs nearby. Location: Lower Level, across the airline counter and Upper Level, Main Concourse, next to Observation Point.
- Family Restrooms – There are five family restrooms throughout the terminal.
Food & Drinks – There are no 24-hour food options in the airport. The following are open during flight operation hours: Auntie Anne’s • Core Brewing Company • Jammin’ Java • Say Si Bon! • Smokewood American Grill. Vending machines can be found on the Lower level, in the Arrivals Lobby, near baggage carousels.
