In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.
Pay-per-use, Single Visit Passes & Lounge Memberships
Regardless of what class of service you are flying, there is a lounge that you can enter by paying at the door, purchasing a lounge pass or through a lounge membership program (ie. Priority Pass). If sleeping in Ohrid-St. Paul the Apostle Airport does not appeal to you, it is best to head back into the coastal cities of Struga (11 minutes to the west) or Ohrid (15 minutes to the southeast), as there are no hotels in or adjacent to this airport. Here are some hotels:

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
The following car rentals companies have offices on-site: Avis • Enterprise • Europcar • Hertz • Inter Ways • Sharr Express • Sixt • Star Car.
Taxis are available in front of the airport, and are timed with the arrival of flights. At the time of this January 2019 update, the average fare to Ohrid Center will cost approximately 8,00€.
