What to Expect

port vila airport guidePort Vila Airport (code: VLI) has two small terminals, international and domestic, that serve South Pacific routes. Facilities are limited to a couple of cafes. WiFi may be free in designated areas. Otherwise, you can access WiFi inside the airport lounge, which economy class passengers can pay to enter. Sleeping in Port Vila Airport

SIM Cards – A reader says, “In both international and domestic terminals, you can find Vodafone and Digicel booths to buy SIM cards. ” (October 2023)

WiFi/Internet – Unity Airlines offers WiFi in the Domestic Terminal.

Fixed-rate taxis are readily available for hire in the ground transportation area. When travelling to the airport from the city center, you may have to negotiate your fare before boarding your taxi.
