pula airport guidePula Airport (code: PUY) has a small terminal that primarily handles seasonal and charter flights during the summer peak. Facilities are limited to a single landside eatery, a duty-free shop, and free WiFi.

In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. There are no pay-per-use lounges at the airport. A business lounge is available for Business Class passengers only.

ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Location: Landside

Baby Care Facilities – Baby changing facilities can be found in the women’s toilets in the international departures area. There is also a nursery located in the main terminal near the women’s washroom and in the baggage claim area.

Children’s Play Area – When you want to ensure your kids burn off all their energy before their flight, take them to the children’s play area. Location: unknown.

Currency Exchange – Location: Eastern part of the passenger building, at exit of international arrival area.

Duty Free & Shopping – There is a Duty Free Shop available, it is not known if there any other shopping options.

Food & Drinks – The recently opened Pulair Cafe offers drinks, pizza, snacks, etc. Location: Landside.  There is no Airside food options.

Information Desk – If you have any questions, visit the airport information desk for assistance. Hours: 6:00AM – 10:00PM.

Luggage Storage & Lockers – Not available.

Mobile Charging – A reader tells us there are plenty of free USB charging points both landside and airside.  (September 2019)

Rest Zones – There are no dedicated sleeping areas, quiet areas or rest zones. If this information has changed, click here to update this guide.

transportationAirport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport

Bus

FILS airport shuttle buses link the airport with Pula main bus station, Pula (Verudela and Puntižela), Medulin, Fažana, Rovinj, Porec, Novigrad, Umag and Rabac. As of this update, a one-way trip to the city centre will cost HRK 30/4,00€.
