In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, all services and times listed below are subject to change.
A Business Lounge for premiere-class passengers is available. However, as of this July 2019 update, this lounge is closed for renovations.

Duty Free & Shopping – RAK Duty Free offers 24-hour duty-free shopping airside in Departures and Arrivals.
Food & Drinks – Food concessions throughout the airport operate with varying schedules. 24-hour dining is available at Abela restaurant, located on the 1st floor of the Departure terminal.
Luggage Storage & Lockers – Yes, available at the Lost and Found store.
Medical Services – A nurse is always on duty. The airport also has emergency medical vehicles on standby. If you need immediate medical attention, ask an airport staff member for assistance.

Prayer Rooms – Muslim prayer rooms are available in both the Departures and Arrivals terminals. In addition, there is a mosque in the Departures parking lot.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
Al Hamra public bus system offers hourly service between Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain, stopping at the airport along the way in either direction. At the time of this February 2019 update, one-way fares range in price from 10 AED – 25 AED, depending on the destination.
Budget, Dollar, and Europcar offer car rental services onsite in the Arrivals Hall.
Metered taxis are readily available for hire in the ground transportation area of the airport.
