What to Expect
Rochester Airport (RST) consists of a small terminal with a restaurant and vending machines. WiFi is available and outlets for charging mobile devices are located throughout the terminal. The airport contains a free mini-library on the airside lower-level gate area, where books can be “borrowed” (and donated). Free digital reading materials are available on a “Books on the Fly” kiosk near the library. There are no private lounges at this airport.

- Baby Care Facilities – A family restroom is available in the lobby area. Diaper changing facilities are available in other restrooms throughout the terminal.
- Nursing Rooms – Rooms equipped with a bed or a recliner plus a separate washroom area are available both Airside (2 locations) and Landside (1 location). Ask airport or airlines staff for access.
Food & Drinks – 331 Express is the only dining option in the airport. Location: Main Terminal, airside. Hours: 5:00AM – 7:00PM, or one hour before first flight until last flight of the day. Non-travelling visitors who wish to dine with a traveller before their departure, can pick up a gate pass at any ticketing counter. Vending machines are also available.
Luggage Storage & Lockers – Not available.
Mini Library & E-Book Kiosk – Bookworms unite! Free books are available in the airport’s mini library. Read one and leave it in the airport, or take it with you, free of charge! You can also donate a few books of your own for your fellow travellers. Location: Lower Level, airside. Book lovers can also download ebooks free of charge from the “Books On The Fly” electronic kiosk. Library card not required for downloads. Photo booth and mobile charging are integrated into the kiosk.
Mayo Clinic Information Desk – Mayo Clinic patients arriving into this airport can receive information and assistance in relation to their visit. Business intranet access also available. Location: Main Terminal lobby. Hours: 9:30AM – 6:00PM (Sun-Thurs).
Mobile Charging – Electrical outlets can be found in the main lobby and Airside at the gates. Additionally, a dedicated charging station (for multiple phones/devices) is located Airside.

The airport is open from 4:00AM until last flight of the day. Airline ticket counters and the TSA Checkpoint will open approximately 90 minutes prior to the earliest flight.
