TNG Airport Overview
To help you plan your layover or overnight sleepover, here is a quick run-down about what to expect during your time at Tangier Ibn Battuta Airport.
What to Expect
The fairly new terminal at Tangier Airport (code: TNG) primarily handles European routes. Facilities include a few basic eateries and shops, including duty-free, though none are open 24 hours. WiFi is free for three hours; you may need to register using an email address. Economy class passengers can pay to enter an airport lounge.
Sleeping in Tangier Airport
Overnight campers report a safe stay here thanks to the presence of security guards. Comfortable seating is non-existent, so bring a sleeping bag or travel mat to spread out on the floor. For uninterrupted sleep, nearby hotels offer shuttle service for a fee. See our Airport Hotels section below for more info.
