What to Expect
Veracruz Airport (code: VER) consists of a small terminal with a few eateries and shops. WiFi is available to help pass the time. For added comfort, economy class passengers can pay to access the airport’s first class lounge. See Airport Lounges in the guide below.
Where to Sleep

In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
The following car rental companies have offices onsite: Dollar • Europcar • Hertz • National.
ADO Bus provides service from the airport to a variety of destinations in Veracruz including the train station. For fares, routes and schedules, visit the ADO website.
Taxis are readily available for hire in the ground transportation area. There are no meters, so negotiate a fare with the driver before starting your journey.
