As a business traveller with the JAL and ANA frequent flyer cards, it was easy to get my tickets from the machine, go straight through security and jump on the plane - usually arriving at the Airport only 20-30 minutes prior to departure.
I passed through Matsuyama several times, and my colleagues and I frequented the restaurants and generally speaking they were similarly priced to the outside-world.
The only time I was ever "held up" was when I had a cutting tool (for work) which they promptly put in a sealed bag and checked in for me.

Located at 2F. Facilities include: fax and photocopier, tv, shower room. Complimentary tea, coffee and orange juice.
Rate: 1,050yen Hours: 0830am-1930pm (Complimentary for Gold Card members.)

Wireless internet access is available at the Matsuyama Airport for a fee. Hotspots are located airside at 1F (near the relaxation lounge) and 2F (domestic waiting room and business lounge).
