"I did not sleep at this airport but having passed through it in and outbound I'll toss in my 2 cents!
Travel to and from your aircraft is by nice modern bus. You pass many dubious aircraft on this trip so it might be reassuring if you know what type of aircraft you are on the look out for!
From there you are in the main room of the airport, (yes, just one middle size room set in between arrivals and departures). Bench seats are available here but both times I passed through, the place was pretty busy.
This airport is far from big. Honestly it looks like some government building or maybe a train station. There was some vending machines but no real food that I noticed. I think you would be hard pressed to get some sleep in the main room.
Outbound, once you are checked in, there are bucket seats available in air-conditioned "waiting room" and I would think that you could snooze there if you felt the need, but be careful, or you could easily miss your bus!
I had no real troubles except for language whilst I passed through Kharkov Airport. It is small, but does the job." [ read full review ]
