What to Expect
Balikpapan Airport (code: BPN) has one newly-built terminal that serves regional and international destinations. Nearby, the older original terminal is used only for charter flights. Amenities include local and international eateries and shops, though most everything closes by 10:00PM. Free WiFi helps pass the time.
