What to Expect

Billings Airport (code: BIL) consists of a single two-level terminal with two concourses (A and B) and seven gates. Amenities and services include a food court, restaurant, and gift shop. WiFi is available and there are charging stations in both concourses. There are no private lounges at this airport.

There are no pay-per-use lounges at this time.

Airport WiFi / Internet

WiFi is available at Billings Airport for a fee. Connect to the “Boingo Hotspot”. Rates: $4.95 per hour or $7.95 for 24 hours.

ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Locations: Main Lobby, Next to Security Screening • Concourse Level, next to Gift Shop.

Baggage Carts – Need a hand with your luggage? Baggage carts are available free of charge. Location: Baggage Claim Area.

Drinking Water – Thirsty? A water bottle filling station is available free of charge. Location: Airside, Concourse B.

Duty Free & Shopping – Duty Free shopping is not available. A temporary gift shop can be found on the concourse level and operates 6:00AM – 3:00PM

Food & Drinks – At the time of this update there were no 24-hour food options.  You will will find: Gateway Restaurant & Lounge (Landside) • Deli (Airside, Concourse A) •  The Coffee Bar (Airside).

Information Center – Located in the Baggage claim area near the exit stairs.

Luggage Storage & Lockers – Not available.

Medical – Defibrillators are located on both levels of the Terminal Building. EMTs are available via Airport Operations Airfield Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF).

Mobile Charging – Charging stations are located on the concourse level in the food court and each concourse.

Museum – The Yellowstone Count Museum is located in the south end of the terminal building. Museum Summer/Autumn Hours: Tuesday – Saturday 10:30am – 5:30pm.

Pet Relief Areas – Locations: Outside of the terminal’s east and west sides.

Postal Services – Drop off your last minute postcards at the US Postal Service Dropbox.  Location: main floor lobby, across from the passenger security screening area.

Smoking – Smoking is only permitted outside the terminal.

Telephones – A courtesy telephone for local calls is available.  Location: main level, across from the airline ticket counters.
