Chios Airport (code: JKH) has a single, small terminal that connects to a few domestic destinations and offers seasonal charter flights. Facilities are limited to a cafe and a gift shop. We are unable to confirm whether WiFi is available.
Where to Sleep
This airport operates on a very limited schedule, closing nightly, so it is not possible to stay the night here. For uninterrupted sleep, hotels are nearby. See our Airport Hotels section below for more info.
In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.

The airport has very intermittent hours. It is never open before 6:30AM, it closes for several hours during the day (sometimes twice per day) and is never open later then 10:30PM.
It is best to check with the airport before arriving. These hours are in effect until October 31, 2019.

Airport Transportation: Getting To/From The Airport
A Chios City Bus (KTEL) runs between the airport and the city center. The bus stop is located outside the airport.
Taxis are available. As of this update, the approximate fare to Chios city center is €8.
Hertz offers car rental services onsite.
