To help you plan your layover or overnight sleepover, here is a quick run-down of what to expect during your time at Krasnoyarsk Airport.
What to Expect
A new terminal opened at Krasnoyarsk Airport (code: KJA) in December 2017. The older terminal will eventually wind down it’s flights and serve as a VIP terminal only. Amenities and things to do are limited, but WiFi is available and economy class travellers can pay to access one of two airport lounges. Where to Sleep

In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. More Services, Facilities & Things To Do On A Layover At The Airport
ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? Several ATMs are available. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Locations: Landside and Airside.
Baby Care Facilities – Feed and care for your baby in comfort and privacy in the Mother and Child Room. This room is accessible, free of charge, to female travelers with children aged 7 and under, and pregnant women (2nd trimester and beyond). Entry fee for all others is 300 RUB per adult and 250 RUB per child over age 7. Visit the information desk for access. Location: 2nd Floor. Hours: Open 24 hours. Passengers who are granted access may also use a washing machine (160 RUB), an iron/board (110 RUB) or showers (150 RUB).
Duty Free & Shopping – It is not known if Duty Free shopping is available. There are several shops available to pass the time. The Express Aero Mini Mart may come in handy for any last minute snacks and it is open 24 hours.
Food & Drinks – Food options are limited; however, you will find 24 hour options. Krigel (2nd Floor) • Siberian Cafe* (3rd Floor) • Airport Hotel Restaurant (200 m from the airport). * This location is open 24 hours from Monday-Friday only.
Information Desk – If you have any questions, there is an information desk available to help. Location: 1st Floor, Check-In Area.
Luggage Storage & Lockers – Rates: 400 RUB/day for standard size (under 30cm*50cm*70cm); 550 RUB/day (bags over standard size); 150 RUB/day for storage of outerwear/shoes. Location: New Terminal, landside, basement. Hours: Open 24 hours.
Luggage Wrapping – Protect your bags from theft and damage by having your bags wrapped in plastic. Locations: Terminal 1, near main entrance • Terminal 2, left side, back of waiting lounge. Rates: RUB 500 per piece.
Medical Services – If you feel unwell or injure yourself, a medical center can be found. Location: 1st Floor, Landside, Check-in Area. Hours: Open 24 hours.
Mobile Charging – Outlets are available airside throughout the departure waiting lounge on the 3rd floor.
Pharmacy – Provincial Pharmacy is located on the 1st Floor, Check-in Area.
Rest Zones – There are no dedicated sleeping areas, quiet areas or rest zones. If this information has changed, click here to update this guide.
Showers – Showers are available at the Airport Hotel for 120 RUB (200 metres from the airport). If you meet the guidelines for accessing the Mother and Child Room, you may also use the showers (150 RUB) provided.
The airport is open 24 hours.
