Naxos Island Airport has a tiny terminal that primarily handles flights to and from Athens. Facilities are limited to a single snack bar. We are unable to confirm whether WiFi is available.

Where to Sleep

Due to very limited operating hours, it is not possible to spend the night here. For uninterrupted sleep, hotels are nearby. See our Airport Hotels section below for more info.

In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Airside is the secure area of the terminal that you must reach by going through security.

Airport Hours

The airport operates from approximately 9:00AM – 12:00PM and again from 3:00PM – 5:30PM, depending on the day of the week and the season. The hours may be extended (1 hour or so) during peak season. It is best to check with the airport before arriving. These hours are in effect until October 31, 2019.

Airlines

As of January 2019, Naxos airport is served by the following airlines: Olympic Air • Sky Express. Note: other airlines may serve the airport on a seasonal-only basis.

Taxis are available. As of this January 2019 update, approximate fare to the Naxos city center is €10.
