What to Expect
Punta del Este Airport (code: PDP) has a small terminal that handles regional flights. Amenities include an eatery and a couple shops, though none are open 24 hours. Free WiFi helps pass the time. Where to Sleep

In this guide we may refer to locations as “landside” and “airside”. Landside is the public area of the terminal located in the non-secure zone, before security. Pay-per-use, Single Visit Passes & Lounge Memberships

ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available. Machines are operated by HSBC/BROU. Fees may apply, so be sure to check your bank’s fee schedule and your daily withdrawal limit if you are travelling internationally. You may also want to notify your bank of your travel plans. Baby Care Facilities – Washrooms equipped with baby changing facilities can be found throughout the airport.

Currency Exchange – Global Exchange provides currency in the Arrivals area, 24 hours a day. Exchange Exchange offers services 8:00AM – 8:00PM (Mon – Sat) and 9:00AM – 4:00PM (Sun).
Disabled Services – The airport provides wheelchairs, elevators, ramps and signage.
Duty Free & Shopping – Duty free shopping is located on the lower level, after immigration. There are 3 other shops available including a Britt Shop souvenir store.
Food & Drink – At the time of writing, no 24-hour options are available. There is a restaurant located on the second floor, and a cafeteria located landside between the arrivals and departures doors.
