Art in the Airport – Art installations—including photography, paintings, sculptures, and rotating exhibitions—are displayed throughout both terminals. Live music performances and special exhibitions are also held periodically.

• Terminal 1: Features large-scale sculptures, rotating art displays, and a dinosaur exhibit.
• Terminal 3: Hosts a film installation curated in collaboration with the Toronto International Film Festival.

Family Services

• Children’s Play Areas – Children’s play areas are available airside in both terminals, offering a place for kids to burn off energy before a flight.
• Family Washrooms – Designated family washrooms are available throughout Terminal 1, Terminal 3, and the Infield Concourse.
• Nursing – Mamava nursing pods are available airside in Terminals 1 and 3. Additional nursing rooms are also located airside in both terminals.

Fitness – Goodlife Fitness has a 10,000 sq. ft gym with state-of-the-art training equipment, stretching area, and free weights. The facility offers change rooms with showers, soap, conditioner, lotion and hair dryers. Location: Terminal 1 on Level 1, Arrivals, Area F. Rate: CA$25.00 for a day pass. They also have a clothing and shoe bundle to rent for CA$20. Hours: 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Mon – Fri) • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sat & Sun).
Information Desk – Airport information desks are available in both terminals to assist with directions, services, and general questions. Operating hours vary.

Luggage

• Baggage Carts – Need a hand with your luggage? Baggage carts are available free of charge throughout Terminals 1 and 3.
• Luggage Storage & Lockers – see “Luggage Storage & Lockers” above.
• Luggage Wrapping – Paid luggage-wrapping services are available landside in both terminals to help protect bags during travel.
• Porters – Porter services are available in both terminals for passengers needing assistance with luggage. This service must be booked in advance through the airport’s website and is fee-based.

Medical Services

• Pharmacy – DrugSmart Pharmacy operates multiple locations across both terminals, offering over-the-counter medications and travel essentials.

Money

• ATMs / Cash Machines – Need cash? ATMs are available landside and airside throughout the airport. Bank fees and withdrawal limits may apply.
• Banking Services – CIBC banking centres provide full-service banking and currency exchange at select airside locations.
• Currency Exchange – ICE currency exchange kiosks are available throughout Terminals 1 and 3, landside and airside.

Pet Relief Areas – Travelling with a four-legged companion? Indoor and outdoor pet relief areas are available in both terminals and the Infield Concourse, landside and airside.
Prayer Rooms – The Pearson Chapels provide quiet spaces for prayer, meditation, and reflection in both terminals. Chaplain services and scheduled worship services are available.
Therapy Dogs – Travellers may occasionally encounter therapy dogs operated in partnership with St. John Ambulance, identified by official bandanas. Availability varies by day and time.
Duty-Free & Shopping – Duty-free shops are available airside in both terminals. A variety of retail stores are located throughout the airport for last-minute purchases and browsing. A 7-Eleven convenience store is open 24 hours in Terminal 1 (Arrivals level).
SIM Cards – Prepaid Canadian SIM cards are available for purchase at select mobile carrier kiosks in both terminals. Availability and hours vary.
Spa – Paid spa services—including massages, personal care treatments, and (at select locations) showers—are available airside in both terminals through Be Relax Spa and Wellbeing Spa.

Car Rentals

The following car rental agencies operate on-site on Level 1 of the parking garages located next to Terminals 1 and 3: Avis • Budget • Dollar/Thrifty • Enterprise • Hertz and National/Alamo. Several off-site rental agencies provide courtesy transportation from Viscount Station connected to the terminals via Link Train. Contact your rental agency of choice for details.

Hotel Shuttles

Several area hotels provide free airport shuttle service. Shuttles pick-up from Terminal 1 (Ground Level, Door R) and Terminal 3 (Arrivals Level, Doors B and G). Many hotels require that you call ahead for pick-up.

Inter-Terminal Transportation

A free 24-hour Link Train connects Terminals 1 and 3. Trains depart every four to eight minutes, depending on the time of day. Passengers can use this service to reach the following locations: Terminal 1 • Terminal 3 • Sheraton Gateway Hotel • ALT Hotel • Viscount Station • Value Park Garage • Value Park Lot.

Long Distance Bus and Shuttle Service

Several companies provide service between Toronto Pearson Airport and locations throughout Ontario and across the border in the United States. Information on these services is available at one of the many information counters located in both terminals or on the Toronto Pearson Airport website.)

Taxi and Limousine

Licensed taxis and limousines are at Terminal 1, Arrivals Level (Doors C & D), Terminal 3, Arrivals Level (Door E). Fares are based on a zone map, dividing the area between GTA (Greater Toronto Area) and Out-of-Town tariffs and charged according to time and distance. For locations outside of the Out-of-Town tariffs area, fares are charged per kilometre. Cash and credit cards are accepted. For safety reasons, do not accept rides from people approaching you in the terminal or asking you to follow them to the parking garage.

Train

The Union Pearson Express, or UP Express, is an express train that runs between YYZ airport and downtown in just 25 minutes. Trains depart every 15 minutes from Pearson to Union Station from 5:27 AM – 0:57 AM on weekdays and from (Pearson to Union Station 6:27 AM – 0:57 AM on weekends. From Union Station to Pearson, trains depart every 15 minutes from 4:55 AM – 1:00 AM on weekdays and from 6:00 AM – 1:00 AM on weekends.
