Travellers generally find Tokyo Narita orderly and manageable for a long layover, with plenty of seating and some surprisingly comfortable places to rest during the day. Overnight is less comfortable: sleepers may be moved from better seating areas, and noise, bright lights and harder seating are recurring complaints, though security patrols are reassuring to some travellers.
