If you are an active member of the military, you and your family can wait for your flight in the comfort of two USO Lounges at Chicago O’Hare Airport. Both locations offer free snacks and drinks, WiFi, workstations with computers and printers, a children’s playroom, board games, and a quiet library area. The USO Lounge welcomes all active members of the U.S. military and their families at no cost. There are two USO locations at Chicago O’Hare International Airport
- Terminal 2, Mezzanine Level, pre-security.
- Terminal 3, Mezzanine Level of the Rotunda, G Concourse, post-security.

This lounge does not have any sleep facilities.
